East Boldre Oral History Project - School Days
East Boldre School opened in 1842 and closed in 1985.
The photograph shows Bagshot Hill looking south towards East Boldre School which is behind the tall trees in the middle of the photo. Note, there are more trees today than before the war when this photo was taken.
