East Boldre War Memorial Village Hall


East Boldre School Fields Trust Hall




Home of the Alan Brown Gallery of historic photographs, this 100 year old building is uniquely situated in open heathland in the heart of East Boldre. It is the larger of the two halls in the village and features Free WiFi, a main hall (70 m2) with a stage, a meeting/small function room (33 m2) and fully equipped kitchen.

It is suitable for exhibitions, private functions, plays, film shows, meetings, regular clubs and group activities. It has been used as a base for hiking and orienteering clubs and has been used as overnight accommodation for a local conservation group.

Display boards and a hearing loop system (main hall) are available.

This hall is part of the old village school and features a kitchen, playing field, a children's adventure playground, basketball area, skateboard arena, tennis courts, and ample parking .

Regular groups using the hall include the Painters Group, Yoga classes and coffee mornings where you can borrow a book or swap a jigsaw.
