Music at Beaulieu - Good music from classical to jazz in the wonderfully evocative setting of Beaulieu’s 800 year-old Abbey Church, once the refectory of the Cistercian Abbey of Beaulieu, with its splendid acoustics and in the heart of the New Forest National Park. This is Music at Beaulieu.

Brockenhurst Music Society in the heart of the New Forest presents six musical concerts per year which feature a range of small chamber groups and soloists.

This concert, celebrating the works of Sir Edward Elgar, is conducted by Paul Ingram with Philip Daish-Handy, Solo Cello. Tickets £20. 7:00 pm

East Boldre Village Hall for an exhibition of photographs of the WW1 airfield at East Boldre. Display and sale of WW1 themed art by the East Boldre Painters. Entertainment by the MellowTones Choir on Saturday at 1:00 pm. Admission Frtee.

The exhibition will be followed by a service at St Paul's Church at 3:00 pm. It will be Evensong with Beaulieu Abbey Choir followed by act of Remembrance in the churchyard. Everyone welcome.

Quiz Night at the Turfcutters Arms to raise funds for East Boldre Village Hall. Phone the Turfs on 01590 612331 to book your table.

Thursday 29 November, Friday 30 November and Saturday 1 December

The Pilley Players present 'Sleeping Beauty into the Fifties'. This is the pantomime postponed from last winter when the tornado wrecked the village hall then 'The Beast from the East' covered us with snow.

Saturday 1 December

7:00 pm. Lymington Choral Society welcomes you to a Christmas Concert at St Thomas' Church, Lymington. Gounod's St. Cecelia Mass and music by Berlioz, Faure and Franck.

Saturday 9 December

4:00 pm. A Christmas Cracker with the St Nicholas Singers at St Johns Church, Boldre. Carols old and new with mulled wine and mince pies. Tickets £12 from Pilley Stores or Maxwell Hamilton, 28 High St. Lymington.

Saturday 15 December


Christmas wouldn't feel like Christmas without this concert - an annual highlight in the Beaulieu calendar. As usual the tickets will include mince pies and mulled wine. Tickets £10. 7:00 pm
