East Boldre Community Hub Team Organisation

The hub committee has been set up as part of the Village Hall CIO with delegated responsibility from the Trustees specifically to manage the development of the new Hub extension & facilities. The Trustees will provide steering and oversight to the Hub Committee.


The task ahead is complex so the hub committee will set up sub-teams, when needed, to focus on specific areas, including:

As a charity the Village Hall CIO cannot trade so, at some point before trading begins, the shop team will transfer to a separate organisation. They will continue to work closely with the Hub Committee to ensure a seamless approach.

Once the hub development is complete the hub committee's role is done. Running of the hall will revert back to the Trustees.
